Action® Xact® Soft Cushion
The revolutionary new Soft design is layered to give significant immersion and firm support where it’s needed. Polyethylene foam layers provide a lightweight yet firm foundation. Medium-density urethane foam contributes support, recoverm and memory positioning. Super-soft T-foam provides excellent immersion and enhances pressure distribution. The built-in 9/16” layer of Akton® polymer cubes in the ischial tuberosity area envelops the sensitive bony prominences to prevent bottoming out while reducing load shear. “Waterfall” leg channeling front contour is beneficial for foot-assisted propulsion. The entire base is vacuum-sealed for durability and protection against incontinence. Custom sizes not available.
The breathable Body Smart® cover combines a gripping front panel that provides pelvic stability with a mutli-layer back panel that minimizes ischial shear. Cover included with this product unless otherwise specified. Incontinent and replacement covers are also available.
