HPU Rehab
HPU was established in 1993 as a sales agency, to directly represent a number of manufacturers of medical equipment. Our portfolio has grown to include the following companies:
- Activeaid – shower chairs and commodes
- Action Products – Pressure relief cushions and mattresses
- Healthline – PVC Furniture
Marketing and Sales
We understand the Canadian market and are therefore able to offer product lines with real potential and value to the healthcare community. We achieve our goals through intensive advertising and sales. Advertising plays a substantial part in the success of the companies and product lines we represent. HPU consistently advertises in several trade publications, distributed to and throughout the healthcare industry and medical stores, healthcare professionals, nursing homes, hospitals, occupational therapists, and agencies. We also develop our own promotional material and direct mail campaigns on an ongoing basis, all of which target the healthcare industry in Canada.
Distribution
HPU is able to ship US products direct to Canadian customers by warehousing products locally, therefore reducing the cost of tariffs, duties, and shipping costs, and maintaining price consistency for both Canadian and US products. The key advantages to selling through HPU is:

- no distributors – you stay in charge

Logistics and Fullfillment
HPU has set up a new Logistics and Fulfillment warehouse for you to take advantage of. With this new service we can:
- warehouse for other companies that are looking for a fulfillment center catering to the Canadian Medical Industry
- store and ship for other companies their product
